Event Planning & Vision Development
Every beautiful event starts with a clear vision. We work with you to build a cohesive direction that guides every decision — from florals to favours. Using our signature vision board process and custom planning templates, we help you get out of Pinterest overwhelm and into purposeful planning.
Vendor Sourcing & Negotiation Support
Finding the right vendors is time-consuming. Negotiating with them is a skill. We help you source aligned, quality suppliers for your budget, coach you through what to ask, and support you in making confident decisions — so you never feel like you're guessing.
Day-Of Coordination
You've planned everything, but you want to enjoy your event, not manage it. You'll need someone you trust to execute it to your vision. Our day-of coordination service means you actually get to be present at your own celebration. We manage the timeline, wrangle the vendors, and handle every detail so you don't have to.
Décor & Floral Design
From styled tablescapes to lush ceremony florals, we bring your aesthetic to life with intention and craft. Whether you want us to handle it all or you want to get your hands in the blooms yourself, we make the floral experience as personal as the rest of your day.

Your Day, Your Way was born from a simple belief: that the people who care most about the details deserve a partner who cares just as much.
We're a team of Erin, Ontario-based event planners, coordinators, and floral designers who have spent years helping people bring their visions to life — from intimate backyard gatherings to full wedding celebrations. What we've learned is that the most memorable events aren't the most elaborate ones. They're the ones that feel unmistakably like the people who hosted them.
Our approach is different from traditional event planning because we're built around you. We're not here to take over — we're here to make your vision more achievable, more beautiful, and a lot less stressful.

Questions We Hear
Do I have to be a DIY bride to work with you?
Not at all. "DIY" for us means you want to be involved and have a strong creative vision — not that you're doing everything yourself. We work with clients at every level of hands-on involvement.
Where do you work?
We're based in the northwest Greater Toronto Area and serve clients throughout the GTA, Southwestern Ontario and surrounding regions. For workshops and day-of coordination, we work on-site. Planning and strategy sessions can be conducted virtually or in person.
Do you only do weddings?
Weddings are a specialty, but we love all kinds of celebrations — bridal showers, milestone birthdays, community events, corporate events, intimate dinner parties, and more. If you're hosting something that matters to you, it matters to us.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend reaching out 6–12 months in advance, particularly for full planning support or day-of coordination, as dates fill quickly. Workshops can often be arranged with 3–4 weeks' notice depending on group size and date. Digital products are available immediately.
Do you do florals for events you're not coordinating?
Yes — floral design and styling can be booked as a standalone service. Reach out with your event date, vision, and approximate budget and we'll let you know what's possible. We can even jump in where there's been an emergency with your current florist.
